Pebble Lane 2019 Marlborough Chardonnay

Layers of tropical, peach and apricot fruit aromas infused with honey notes.

The fruit for this wine was picked over a 13 day period from selected vineyards in Marlborough Southern Valleys.

Grapes were fermented in stainless steel tank and partially in oak barrel.

The barrel portion received regular lees stirring with the wine undergoing a full malolactic fermentation. Following this the two portions were blended together prior to bottling.
